6-week Sunday Morning Group

Do you find yourself dwelling on unpleasant, unfair, or humiliating experiences? Feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed without quite knowing why?

In this group, you’ll learn ways to identify and stop several types of thoughts that feed negative emotions, and replace them with affirming beliefs to raise your self-esteem and move you toward your goals. With non-judgmental, solution-focused guidance, you’ll get to practice applying these techniques to specific, current problems in your life.

El Cerrito near freeways and BART

A comfortable, spacious cottage in a tranquil garden setting

FEE

$210 -- one payment due October 19, OR

$240 -- 2 payments of $120 each due October 19 and November 2, OR

$270 -- 6 payments of $45 each, due on each session date
